Information You Submit
Search forms send the name, phone number, or address you enter to the outside provider that supplies results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. When you contact us, we receive the details you choose to send and use them to answer your message.
Information Collected Automatically
Our hosting systems create ordinary server logs that can include IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. We review aggregate data to maintain the service and learn which resources visitors use. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where applicable.
How We Use the Data
The limited data described above helps us run the service, troubleshoot faults, measure visits, and improve content. We neither sell visitor lists nor create individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to government portals, King and Snohomish county offices, Washington agencies, library collections, and outside search providers. Their own privacy policies govern information submitted on those services. The same is true for sponsored results supplied by an outside company.
Parties That May Receive Data
Hosting and support vendors process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic information identified above. We may disclose data when valid legal process requires it, but otherwise do not share visitor information.
How We Protect Your Data
The site is served over an encrypted connection. We retain server logs only as long as needed for the purposes above. Because we do not run accounts, there is no password or profile of yours to breach on this site.
Users Under 18
This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Privacy Rights
Rights can depend on the type of data and where you live. Washington's My Health My Data Act, chapter 19.373 RCW, provides access, consent-withdrawal, and deletion rights for covered consumer health data. Because we retain little information, a request will usually involve checking our contact mailbox and server logs for responsive data. Use the Contact page to submit it. Public records held by Bothell, King County, Snohomish County, or Washington agencies remain under the custodian's control. The Washington Public Records Act, chapter 42.56 RCW, governs agency access and exemptions, not deletion from this private service.
